Warranty & Repairs

With careful use, our leather products are built to last—and become even more beautiful over time.

At Geometric Goods, we’re proud of our quality, and your satisfaction matters to us. We offer a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

The warranty covers materials and workmanship under normal use. Items approved under warranty will be repaired or replaced depending on the issue. Replacements are provided with the same model*, color, personalization, and hardware details as the original order.

The warranty does not cover wear and tear, accidental damage, or any damage that could be prevented with responsible use. Because leather is an organic material, we cannot provide a warranty on its natural aging.

The warranty also does not cover lost parts (e.g., screws). Customers are responsible for periodically checking and tightening hardware to maintain proper tension. We offer replacement screws at cost and recommend checking tension from time to time (a small drop of suitable thread adhesive can help maintain tension).

Repair Service

We design leather accessories to last a lifetime. We’re against throw-away culture and believe in products you’ll cherish—items that carry your stories and memories.

If something happens to your accessory—such as an accident—or if it’s outside its warranty, we’re happy to help bring it back to life with our repair service.

How to Request Warranty or Repair

Contact us by email at info@geometricgoods.com and include:

  • A short description of the issue and a photo of the affected area
  • The product name (e.g., AirTag Billfold Wallet)
  • Your contact details
  • Your order number (for warranty claims)

We’ll get back to you as soon as possible with the best solution.

*Depending on the issue, some items may be replaced with a different model after agreement with the customer.
