Customs and import taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Delivery to the European Union is free of any customs duties.

Duty-free delivery to the USA is available only for orders placed on geometricgoods.com

For other countries, taxes depend on the price and product type. In many cases, no additional fees are charged. You can find additional information about customs fees for selected countries.

Processing time

The time we need to prepare an order for dispatch depends on the product:

  • Wallets and folios: 1–3 bussiness days
  • Backpacks, bags, and sleeves: 1–5 bussiness days

Estimated delivery time

We ship our items via FedEx, DHL, UPS, or First-Class National Post, depending on the destination.

Europe

  • Express delivery: 1–2 business days
  • Standard delivery: 2–3 business days

Australia, New Zealand, and Oceania

  • Express delivery: 3–4 business days (delivery by 10:30 AM)
  • Standard delivery: 4 business days

Asia Pacific

  • Express delivery: 2–3 business days (delivery by 10:30 AM)
  • Standard delivery: 3–5 business days

Latin America and the Caribbean

  • Express delivery: 3–5 business days

The US and Canada
